yoz..today was tiring
it has been so long since i start the circuit training..
2 sets today very distracted...lols tired..
then began to lyk do stuff here and there..till tired..tis time slow but i don;t feel the drag to do it liao..lols..
BECAUSE I AM DOING IT FOR THE LORD!!!!!WOOT!!!
today quite disappointed i lose my place sia..
then is lyk got so much careless mistake..i knw them..sia..
if do properly..again..sure can get first sia.
then today after finish my stuff..got to find a way how to tell mr Chan i wan to quit tennis
i noe i lyk very bad..but nw i choose swimming got to stick with it..
today night swimming quite hard sia
